Bergstrom-Elder is a consulting and training company serving plumbing, heating, air conditioning, electrical, and maintenance contracting firms in Detroit, Michigan and Central, Florida, with their unique BluePrint For Success, CSR , dispatch, sales, technician, management, customer service training using F.I.S.H., Fish trainer material, and the say yes to success method. Our training and success comes from our experience at Bergstrom’s Inc., Blue Dot, Contractors 2000, ServiceRoundTable, SRT, ACCA, NAPHCC, MPMCA, and various other sources. We are a trainer of customer service, to the customer service representative, dispatcher, service and maintenance technician. We also coach management. Safety training in Asbestos awareness, ladder safety, driving safety, construction safety and plumbing HVAC safety as an OSHA approved 10 and 30 hour construction safety trainer. We are a NATE proctor and regularly have Core and Specialty review classes. We have a 10 hour safety program approved for NATE continuing education.
